Luis Alcantar is a retired U.S. Air Force Master Sergeant with over 20 years of service and formal education in Criminal Justice, holding both a Bachelor's and Master's degree.

His professional background includes criminal investigations, UCMJ-related processes, and training development within military security and investigative environments. He has been credited with developing and revising 201-level Air Force lesson plans, including instruction related to active shooter response, use-of-force decision frameworks, and procedural decision-making.

Luis has completed numerous professional trainings related to investigations, use-of-force analysis, threat assessment, and instructional development, including ALERRT training completed in support of curriculum development and lesson planning.

His work focuses on explaining documentation, process, and procedural context in a clear, disciplined, and non-legal manner.
